Basic Information
Name: Editha Primrose
Nickname: N/A
Reason For Nickname: N/A
Gender: Female
Age: Seemingly in her early thirties.
Being: Demon
Contract Partner: Geoffrey Akins
Character Information
Personality: Servitude to the mortal who made a contract with her is Editha’s only objective. Being in service to a human does not bother her, but she has a low tolerance for mischief. When annoyed, Editha’s cold demeanor becomes exceptionally abrasive to those around her. Her standoffish attitude towards people causes a rift that leaves her unapproachable by everyone except who she serves.
Quick to remind others of their immediate faults, Editha can be a bit annoying. She claims it is a compulsion that she cannot control, seeing others make mistakes bothers her. That is not to say she does not make mistakes, but she does not acknowledge them as such. Editha’s mistakes are not mistakes; they are miscalculations that can easily be remedied.
Being strict and acting superior to others isn’t simply a choice for Editha, it’s a compulsion. If Demons were classified by their dominating trait Editha would be a Demon of Pride. Though she serves, she has the pride of a wolf and it sometimes shows in the way she acts. While in the presence of her master her gaze remains on him, almost as if watching a pup, though she is more than likely making sure her prize does not get damaged.
Editha is not immune to humor, but she feels there is a time and place for it. Casual conversation can stand to have some, but too much revelry begins to frustrate her. She prefers people just get to the point, as she does. Editha seems to lack the ability to understand art, whether it be paintings or music. They are useless as far as she is concerned, and she voices such more often than she should. What she does find interest in, to a level of embarrassment, is dogs, mainly the cute ones. Though her piercing gaze and demeanor don’t really change, she will often stop what she is doing and remark on the beauty of the animal in great detail.
Like many Demons, Editha adapts to suit her master. She has no trouble serving a human for their soul, but her pride and sternness often lead her to overstep her bounds as a maid. Her voice comes off low and mature, though not unpleasant to hear. It is the kind of voice someone would not mind being scolded by, but demands authority to those that are under her.
Abilities: None
Special Interests/Hobbies: N/A
Character Weaknesses Puppies
Appearance:
Editha took the appearance of a young woman in her early thirties. The age seemed appropriate for the role she would be playing, Head Maid. 5’8 is her height, which she felt was optimal for her status. She needed to stand tall, but not higher than her master. Her arms are slender and long, as are her fingers, ideal for playing the piano. The rest of the appearance was to be simple, as not to look out of place or extravagant.
Her skin is almost the color of light sand; which is flawless in comparison to any other human women. She has a narrow face, slender in appearance. The sides of her face are hidden by her hair. Her eyes are seemingly a grey color, though only one of them can be seen because of her bangs covering her right eye. Her permanent scowl adorns her narrow eyes, which was not a choice.
Her hair is a very light blond color, which in the light seems to turn almost white. It is short, just barely reaching her shoulders. She keeps her bangs up, except for one, with a black band underneath her hair. Editha’s hair seems to accentuate her face well, framing it, almost drawing you into eye contact with her. The only makeup she wears is black lipstick on her lips.
Though not ideal, Editha’s clothing consists of a standard maid’s uniform, a black dress with instead of the usual white frills, there are black ones. The entire dress is black. It’s a modest outfit, which Editha is thankful for. She refused to place the maid cap on her head, resenting its ridiculous appearance. Her legs are covered by white stockings, which can barely be seen due to her skirt. Her footwear consists of a pair of simple black high heel shoes.
