The first thing many people noticed about Ciaran is that he is quite the charmer, apparently without any effort at all. With a deceiving soft gaze, there are few people who can look Ciaran in the face and not feel some sense of calm. And in fact, Ciaran is quite calm in his own right. One could even say he is completely calm; quite simply, he never gets angry or worked up.
That's not to say that he keeps a constant, monotone expression all of the time. In fact, it's more often that a smile can be found there. Albeit, it is a rather small smile, but it still seems to make all the difference.
